The selection of colours is controlled in the area shown above.
Foreground sets the current foreground palette entert for editing.
Background sets the current background palette entert for editing.
Select allows you to select the colour of the foreground palette entry.
Note that the standard Windows colour selector is used; once selected the
colour is modifed to Gameboy Advance format (i.e. with 5 bits per
red/green/blue colour, rather than Window's 8).
Palette and 16 Colour Mode is used to select 16 colour mode and
the palette number for this sprite. When in 16 colour mode there are 16
available palettes numbered 0 to 15, each with 16 colours. If this mode is
not selected then your sprites are constructed using one 256 colour palette.
